There is no registration required before sending free text messages from Just SMS, and you are allowed to send five free SMS a day to anyone in the world.
It’s fast and free, but ‘browser cookies’ should be allowed!

Didn’t seem to work! I entered in a mobile number inc. country code but the message wasn’t received.

I tried this site. Its in German what is no problem. The FAQs claim its totally free so I tried to send a SMS but at some stage I am asked for a security code which I don’t have or even know where to get it from.
If you are in urgent need to get free SMS service fast this is not the side.
