Free-txt.net lets you send free SMS to any country in the world and it’s completely free. They state that their SMS always arrive and what’s more, you get 160 characters.
You have to register to use the service, but once you join up you can send as many Free SMS as you like.
NOTE: this is an incentive-based site. That means the free sms texts are free BUT only after you have first earned ‘credits’ by filling out online surveys
The good news is that Free-txt check for valid entries and have a new anti-abuse system allowing you to block your own number (should you receive unwanted text messages).
