Free SMS worldwide. email2sms.ru allows you to send free SMS (text messages) from its website to any mobile/cellular phone around the world.
Does not work in Asia Pacific region apparently, and messages may not be delivered immediately.

You can send up to 15 SMS messages per day…still waiting for my SMS to be sent – its waiting in a queue to be delivered.
